I created this project on slow fashion because, as a Gen Z adult, I feel deeply connected to the idea of mindful consumption and sustainability. The trend of slow fashion feels both welcoming and beneficial, as it encourages us to move away from fast, disposable clothing and instead embrace quality, creativity, and care for the environment. Through this project, I wanted to explore how slow fashion not only reduces waste but also empowers individuals to express themselves more authentically while making conscious choices that positively impact our future.
