I had the opportunity to work closely with the small business owners of Sleep Home Chicago, where I supported their social media and marketing efforts. Collaborating directly with entrepreneurs gave me hands-on experience in building brand awareness, creating engaging content, and understanding the unique challenges small businesses face. From this role, I not only sharpened my skills in digital marketing and communication but also learned the value of adaptability, creativity, and cultivating authentic customer connections.
